Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are prepared with care before dispatch.
Once an order is placed, it typically enters fulfillment within 2–5 business days. This is the time needed to prepare, pack, and verify the product before it is shipped.
During the first few hours after placing an order, minor changes such as address updates may still be possible. However, once the order is accepted for fulfillment, it moves into preparation and can no longer be edited or cancelled.
For larger orders, fulfillment may take slightly longer due to additional preparation and quality checks.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After fulfillment, the parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking details are generated.
Delivery time then depends on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.
Most orders are delivered within a few business days after dispatch, while international deliveries may take longer depending on customs and regional courier timelines.
